Meet The Team

Rachael Chambers has been the owner of Ferrers Gallery since 2002 and is an award winning businesswomen; having been awarded the titles of both Leicestershire Rural Businesswoman of the year and East Midlands Rural Business Women of the Year in previous years. For over 10 years Rachael was also Contemporary Craft Editor of Craft&Design magazine (until the owners retired themselves and the magazine back in 2017).
Alongside running the gallery Rachael is also a creative business coach who has been mentoring artists and crafts people since 2004. To find out more about Rachael’s 1-1 mentoring please email here.

Ruby Roberts is our sales manager and has worked for Ferrers Gallery since 2013, liasing with our wonderful British based designer makers, so artists - Ruby is the one you will most likely come in contact with. Ruby is also our very own resident artist, with her ever popular watercolours and oil paintings on display on our top floor. Ruby's paintings often feature everything from starry themed wildlife, to large scale sunsets over the beaches of Cornwall (one of Ruby's favourite places).

Regan Bailiss has an abundance of enthusiasm for British skill and craftsmanship. Being a Needle Felt Artist herself, Regan creates detailed sculptures, bespoke floral wreaths and seasonal home decor - all crafted at her studio Mill Lane Felting which is located here at the centre.

Georgia is one of our newest members at Ferrers Gallery. She has a natural talent for both ceramics and glass and wishes to pursue a career in glass blowing in the near future.
