Visit Us – Section 02
The Ferrers Gallery is part of the Ferrers Centre of Arts and Crafts. Once a Georgian stable block today the courtyard is filled with artists workshops and studios, along with a deli and tea-room. The centre resides on the picturesque Staunton Harold Estate – a stunning rural location which is part of the National Forest. On the estate you will also find numerous permissive footpaths and cycleways as well as Staunton Harold National Trust Church, and just a mile away the National Trust property of Calke Abbey.
There is plenty of car-parking on the estate. A nominal charge applies only at weekends and bank holidays and allows access to the Ferrers Centre for Arts and Crafts, the public areas of the Staunton Harold grounds and the National Trust church (This is seasonal so please take a look at the National Trust site for further information), and the on-site garden centre.
